SPI + is the economic development agency of the Province of Liege in Belgium, offering information and coordination services for foreign investors. The agency was interested in connecting with U.S. companies.

ECI provided SPI + with the following: trade mission assistance; arranged individual meetings with target companies; and coordinated seminar at BMW Manufacturing North America for companies interested in Liege
